About the Role

We are looking for a
Finance Collection Executive
to join our growing team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payment collections, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth financial recovery operations.

If you are disciplined, target-driven, and have good communication skills — this is your opportunity to grow your career in finance and collections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls and visits for payment collection.
  • Maintain daily collection reports and follow up with defaulters.
  • Coordinate with the finance and sales team to resolve payment issues.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Meet monthly recovery and collection targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in finance, banking, or collection roles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working on field assignments in Lucknow.
  • Must own a smartphone and a valid two-wheeler (preferred).
