Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role located in Bengaluru, for an Inside Sales Associate specializing in B2C sales. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential learners through calls and digital channels, fostering relationships, and understanding their needs. The role involves guiding customers toward the most suitable Simplilearn programs, generating leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting with account management. Team collaboration and achieving monthly sales targets will also be fundamental aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, including the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Account Management and maintaining meaningful professional relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment and achieve sales goals
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing or online training platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field preferred
