Back Office Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Manage and update records in CRM software (IndiaMART).
- Coordinate with upper management and internal teams.
- Handle data entry, documentation, and reporting (MIS/Excel).
- Support sales/operations with leads and follow-ups from CRM.
- Maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of company data.
Requirements:
- Graduated in any stream.
- 1–3 years of experience in back-office/coordination role.
- Knowledge of IndiaMART CRM & MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
