Back Office Assistant

**Job Summary**
Office Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and coordination tasks.Send and receive e mail communication on behalf of organisation is the most important task. Good working knowledge of English and e mail communication is a must.
Maintaining Data reports on daily basis. Maintaining the records of all the parties related to the Orders received & dispatched. Handle back office operations, inter-office correspondence, mails, quotations etc. Monitor office expenditures, Deal with customer complaints or issues, Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders.
**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role. Experience in customer service will be a plus. Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, back-office and any accounting software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Reliable with patience and professionalism.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
