Responsibilities:

Designing Workout Program under IMWOW

  • Strategize and design safe and comprehensive programs for various participants from diverse groups (age, sex, location).
  • Identifying and implementing program USPs.
  • Regular improvements, enhancements and value addition to the programs.

Delivering Online Workout Sessions

  • Taking online workout classes including one on one sessions and group sessions.
  • Perform and demonstrate all workout exercises to participants and ensure compliance with safety and health standards.
  • Keeping the sessions interactive and creative.

Evaluation and Counselling

  • Evaluate exercises performed by participants and recommend correction whenever required.
  • Monitor participant performance and recommend a different form of workout is required.

Client Satisfaction

  • Regularly taking inputs and suggestions to build a practical, effective and helpful workout program.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and assist with related queries.

(Can also take help from our certified dieticians if required).

  • Develop and maintain a professional relationship with participants and ensure the highest level of customer service.

Requirements: Gym Instructor certification Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Previous work experience as a Fitness Trainer or similar role Focus on client satisfaction. Provide outstanding customer service. Deliver excellent results.
