**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Teach **Reading Comprehension, Verbal Ability, and Logical Reasoning** for exams like **CAT, XAT, CLAT, IPMAT, and CUET**.
- Develop and deliver **engaging lesson plans** that cater to students of different skill levels.
- Train students on **grammar, vocabulary, critical reasoning, and para-based questions** (e.g., Para Jumbles, Para Completion).
- Provide **strategies and techniques** to improve comprehension speed and accuracy.
- Conduct **mock tests, doubt-clearing sessions, and workshops** to enhance student performance.
- Analyze **student performance trends** and provide **personalized feedback** for improvement.
- Develop **study materials, practice exercises, and test papers** in line with exam patterns.
- Stay updated with the **latest exam trends** and ensure students receive **the most relevant content and strategies**.
- Mentor and guide students in their **test preparation journey** to help them achieve their desired scores.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in **English, Literature, Journalism, Education, or any related field**.
- **2-5 years** of teaching experience in **CAT/XAT/CLAT/IPMAT/CUET coaching** is preferred.
- Excellent **command over English language, grammar, and vocabulary**.
- Strong analytical and **critical reasoning skills**.
- Ability to **engage and motivate students** through interactive teaching methods.
- Passion for teaching and **mentoring students**.
- Familiarity with **online teaching platforms and digital tools** is a plus.
