**We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Academic Head to oversee the academic activities, including curriculum development for courses such as ACCA, CPA (US), CMA (US), CFA, and FRM. This role involves Teaching, managing faculty and staff, providing leadership and guidance, and ensuring the success.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and update course materials for ACCA, CPA (US), CMA (US), CFA, and FRM certifications.
- Academic Oversight: Supervise and coordinate all academic activities, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
- Faculty Management: Manage faculty members, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure academic excellence and continuous improvement.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and assess the performance of faculty and implementing strategies to address areas of improvement.
- Innovation: Stay informed about industry trends and integrate new teaching methodologies and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with external stakeholders, including accreditation bodies and industry partners, to maintain and enhance the reputation of the institution.

**Requirements**:

- Educational Background: Advanced qualifications in finance or accounting, such as ACCA, CPA, CMA US, CFA, or FRM.
- Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in an academic leadership role, with a focus on financial and accounting certifications.
- Industry Experience: Practical experience in financial management, accounting, or related fields is preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Curriculum Development: Experience in developing and implementing curriculum for professional certifications.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with educational technology and digital teaching tools and use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in the education sector
- Commitment to Excellence: Dedication to maintaining high academic standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
