**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement detailed lesson plans aligned with the NEET syllabus.
- Deliver high-quality, interactive, and engaging Biology lessons.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to cater to different learning styles.
- Prepare students for NEET by conducting regular assessments, mock tests, and providing constructive feedback.
- Clarify doubts and provide individual support to students as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest NEET exam trends, patterns, and syllabus changes.
- Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging, and conducive learning environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in teaching Biology, preferably for competitive exams like NEET.
- In-depth knowledge of the NEET syllabus and exam pattern.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for teaching.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in developing and using innovative teaching methods.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital resources.
- Ability to create comprehensive study materials and guides.
