Emeritus India is hiring an Industry Leader in Sustainability and ESG in collaboration with Indian Institute of Management-Kozhikode.

This is a contractual & remote role.

About Industry Leader:

The Industry Leader is a subject matter expert who carries experience that shapes students' understanding and guides students through their learning journey. Candidates must have industry experience, demonstrated knowledge of the programme subject area, strong interpersonal skills, and previous experience in teaching, mentoring or any other instructional role.

The Industry Leader will be hired to run a master class on any 1 or more topics of their expertise mentioned below from the 12-months online Programme:

Sustainability and ESG – 26th April 2025, 3 hours

Developing Future CXOs – 3rd May 2025, 3 hours

Responsibilities of the Global Industry Leader include but are not limited to:

• Session Planning and Material Creation : Responsible for planning, creating materials, and delivering live sessions.
• Content Delivery : Provide content, such as slides, for sessions at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Assessment Creation : Develop multiple-choice question quizzes to evaluate participants' understanding of the session.
• Session Readiness : Indicate readiness to conduct each session at least one hour before the start time and join the session at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Qualifications:

• Extensive and Relevant Experience in Sustainability Leadership: Proven track record as a CEO, or in a senior advisory role to the COO/C-Suite.
• Advanced Educational Background: MBA or an equivalent advanced degree from a recognized institution, with a focus on operations, management, or a closely related field.
• Expertise in Public Speaking and Thought Leadership: Demonstrated experience in conducting speaking engagements, particularly in an online environment, addressing high-level executive audiences.
• Proven Ability to Mentor and Educate: Experience in guiding and mentoring senior professionals, with a focus on practical insights and real-world applications in the COO/Operations domain.
• Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Superior ability to listen effectively, respond appropriately, and maintain a high level of comfort while interacting with a diverse and sophisticated audience.
