a) B2B sales
b) Visiting consultant follow up and relations
c) Competition mapping and analysis
d) Marketing analysis
e) Support in Doctor credentialing and Doctor agreement process
f) Initiate Tie-ups NICU/Nursing homes/ IVF etc.
g) Follow up with care manager on leads generated and increase IP revenue
h) Ensure doctor wise files are maintained as per NABH protocols
- Doctor Engagement & Servicing
a) Assignment of doctor base and engage doctors on daily basis
b) Inform doctors about new offer, benefits and activities
c) Doctor tracker discussion with doctor
3. Promotion of value added services and revenue generation
a) Promote & sell PREGGO and other allied services
4. Internal administration
a) Publish and maintain DVR on daily basis
b) Publish Conversion and PREGGO revenue data
c) Maintain and protect customer information
- Service Culture
a) To be well groomed, punctual and adhere to company policies & practices
b) Follow Gold standards and service Protocols

- Skilling & Training
a) Take part in training and get updated with processes and SOP
- Compliance & Internal controls
