Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sr Executive/ Asst. Manager with 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Financial Operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau, and should have a solid background in the Banking, Fintech or PG. This is an on-site role based in Bangalore, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of payment gateway transactions across multiple systems and reports.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in transaction data by liaising with banks, payment processors, and internal teams.
  • Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to track reconciliation metrics and financial performance.
  • Prepare accurate MIS, dashboards and billing reports and present insights to key stakeholders for informed decision-making.
  • Ensure financial integrity and mitigate financial liability through rigorous oversight and control measures.
  • Automate reconciliation and reporting processes using advanced Excel functions and data visualization tools. Knowledge of SQL will be a plus
  • Collaborate with Finance, Tech, and Operations teams to improve reconciliation efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain documentation and audit trails for all reconciliation processes and reports.
  • Will be required to handle large-scale financial reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
  • Managing billing and related reconciliation
  • Monitor and analyse key operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Key Skills & Tools:

  • Must Have:
  • Expertise in Reconciliation and Billing
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau
  • Interest and understanding of revenue numbers and related KPIs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good to Have:
  • Knowledge of UPI, RTGS, IMPS, and other digital payment systems
  • Knowledge to SQL

Preferred Background:

  • Prior experience in the banking sector, fintech, or payment gateway companies
  • Strong understanding of financial operations and digital payments ecosystem

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in analytics or finance is a plus.
