Position - Asst Service Manager - Grains & Foods

Location - Bangalore

Qualifications Preferred

BE /Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical and Electronics.

Areas to be managed: India & NP

Travel: Travel of at least 30 customers in a month, including 15 days of travel.

Purpose of the Role

  • Manage after-sales service operations of capital equipment and process plants

Key Outputs

  • Customer relationship management.
  • Field Service Management -Managing Service engineers Pool Utilization, Scheduling, Skill development etc
  • Customer Complaint & Warrant Management
  • Service Agreement closure and Execution Long term binding with Customer
  • Enable Leads for After sales support to CS Business generation.
  • Collaboration with Stake holders & Peers (Project, Sales, Support team etc)

Priorities of the role:

  • Reporting and communication.
  • Time Management.
  • Build and Nurture relationship with all stake holders of key customers
  • Focus on large customer orders and contracts

Methodological competency

  • Capable to manage minimum 10-12 Service engineer
  • Building Relationship with all our customers
  • Work closely with sales / CS-back office / project team
  • Passion, ownership towards customer complaints / queries / orders.

Skills and Knowledge

10 -12 years experience in similar position

Good communication skills (Hindi and English)

Experience

Must have worked in Service industry for at least years in B2B OEM related to Consumer Food (Chocolate, Biscuit & Wafer etc)

Must have worked in the Service industry and preferably from food industry
