Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Excellence:
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to our kitchen appliances.
  • Ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Service Team Management:
  • Assist in managing the service team, including technicians and support staff.
  • Schedule and assign service tasks to technicians, ensuring timely completion and quality of service.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, address challenges, and provide guidance.
  • Technical Support:
  • Provide technical support to service technicians, troubleshooting complex issues and providing guidance on repair and maintenance procedures.
  • Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and train service technicians accordingly.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Oversee the inventory of spare parts and tools required for repairs.
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders for replenishment, and maintain accurate records of inventory.
  • Quality Control:
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure repairs meet company standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of completed service jobs to assess the quality of workmanship.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on service activities, including customer feedback, service requests, and team performance, to the Service Manager.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective strategies to enhance service efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product design and reduce service-related issues.
  • Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure service operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
  • Conduct safety training sessions for service technicians and enforce safety protocols.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a service management role within the kitchen appliances industry.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using service management software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
