As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and skilled Assistant Service Manager to join our team and contribute to our success.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to our kitchen appliances.
- Ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Service Team Management:
- Assist in managing the service team, including technicians and support staff.
- Schedule and assign service tasks to technicians, ensuring timely completion and quality of service.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, address challenges, and provide guidance.
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical support to service technicians, troubleshooting complex issues and providing guidance on repair and maintenance procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and train service technicians accordingly.
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee the inventory of spare parts and tools required for repairs.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders for replenishment, and maintain accurate records of inventory.
- Quality Control:
- Implement quality control measures to ensure repairs meet company standards.
- Conduct regular audits of completed service jobs to assess the quality of workmanship.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular reports on service activities, including customer feedback, service requests, and team performance, to the Service Manager.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective strategies to enhance service efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product design and reduce service-related issues.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure service operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct safety training sessions for service technicians and enforce safety protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in a service management role within the kitchen appliances industry.
- Strong technical background with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in using service management software and tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
