Key Responsibilities

A. Soft Skills Training

  • Conduct training sessions on communication skills, interpersonal skills, teamwork, leadership, time management, workplace etiquette, grooming, and professional behavior.
  • Facilitate interactive activities such as role plays, group discussions, presentations, and mock interviews.
  • Help trainees build confidence, improve body language, and prepare for job interviews.

B. IT / Computer Training

  • Deliver training on basic computer concepts including:
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Email writing and email etiquette
  • Internet usage, online applications, and digital literacy
  • Basic typing skills and file management
  • Assess trainees' IT skill levels and provide support to improve their digital competency.
  • Guide students in creating resumes, digital profiles, and online applications for job opportunities.

C. General Training Responsibilities

  • Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and handouts as per curriculum.
  • Conduct periodic assessments, assignments, and practical tests to evaluate trainee progress.
  • Maintain attendance records, progress sheets, and training documentation as required.
  • Ensure a disciplined, positive, and engaging learning environment.
  • Coordinate with the Principal and Placement Team to align training with employer/job market needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
