We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage all aspects of our material stores, including inventory control, vendor coordination, and system documentation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tally Prime, and a strong understanding of material management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage physical loading, unloading, storage, identification, and preservation of materials.
  • Conduct periodic and annual physical stock verifications.
  • Coordinate with the Purchase Department for low-stock and overstock materials; follow up as needed.
  • Maintain daily store operations and ensure minimum stock levels are met.
  • Place material orders, follow up on deliveries, and process challans.
  • Monitor stock levels and material availability regularly.
  • Perform quarterly audits of material inventory.
  • Manage day-to-day material consumption and inventory using SAP MM T-codes (MIGO, GR, GI, GRN, GT).
  • Generate stock summaries, GRNs, and ensure accurate material code documentation.
  • Raise material and purchase requisitions with proper justifications and supporting documents.
  • Follow up with vendors for pending deliveries, payments, and required compliance (vendor code, GST, registration, etc.).
  • Manage all asset entries and tracking through Tally Prime.
  • Ensure timely closure of breakdown and PPM (Preventive Maintenance) orders.
  • Participate in regular SAP MM Module implementation activities.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly material consumption reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in store/material/inventory management.
  • Experience with Tally Prime for asset and inventory tracking.
  • Strong understanding of material management processes, GRN, purchase orders, and inventory control.
  • Good communication skills and ability to liaise with vendors and internal departments.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or related field.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry

Note: Salary is negotiable and will be based on experience and skill level.
