Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to oversee the financial operations of
The BigDeal Store
. This role involves managing full-cycle accounting, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining financial accuracy, and preparing management reports. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Tally Prime with a strong background in account finalization and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end accounting functions including vouchers, invoices, reconciliations, and ledgers.
  • Handle daily banking operations and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
  • Prepare financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, MIS, and cash flow reports.
  • Support audits, finalize accounts, and maintain records of fixed assets.
  • Monitor company budgets, expenses, and petty cash.
  • Generate management reports and provide insights to support decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience (freshers not eligible).
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation laws.
  • Experience in preparing MIS reports and handling audits.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and financial management skills.
  • High ethical standards, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
