Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Accounts Executive
to manage the company's financial transactions, maintain accurate ledgers, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including sales, purchases, expenses, and payroll entries.
  • Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.
  • Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings on time.
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
  • Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable efficiently.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist management in budget preparation and cost control analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with all accounting and taxation regulations.
  • Coordinate with the management team for financial planning and decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Commerce / Accounting / Finance
    .
  • 5–10 years of experience
    in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or trading company.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Tally ERP
    ,
    MS Excel
    , and other accounting tools.
  • Good understanding of
    GST, TDS, and Income Tax
    provisions.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
