GB.HO>Customer Experience.Collections>Collection Manager>Airtel Centre - GurgaonKey Deliverables • Ensure operational execution of Collection & Retention strategy to reduce churn and Bad debt • Ensure timely dispatch and acceptance of bills to customers and collection efficiency -90% within 0-60 bucket / 99% collection within 0-90 days • Provide/Receive necessary information to/from customer in support of the dispute. Raise, follow up and close the dispute raised by the Customer as per the agreed terms of agreement and internal SLAs. • To minimize rejection of invoices and ensure zero bad debts/ timely update the customer PO/requirement in Airtel billing engine. • Co-ordinate with different departments in the company to resolve the issues that the customers raise. • Compliance and adherence to company policy Skills Required • Strong Analytical skills • Very high Excel and financial modeling skills • High process orientation • Good communication skills • Result - Orientation • High negotiation skills Educational Qualifications • Full Time graduate, preferably MBA/ PGDM Work Experience •8-10 years of Collections Experience Preferably Telecom Experience LevelMid Level
