Role & responsibilities

  7. Monitor system performance and security to identify and address potential vulnerabilities and risks.

  8. Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT systems to ensure the integrity and availability of IT resources.

  9. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions for improving efficiency and productivity.

  10. Mentor and train junior IT staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

  11. Collaborate with other departments to identify IT requirements, prioritize projects, and develop technology solutions that meet business needs.
