We're now expanding our outreach efforts and are looking for a confident and persistent Cold Calling Specialist to help us connect with potential clients across India.
Role Summary
As a Cold Calling Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to initiate the first point of contact with potential leads. You'll focus on outbound calling, qualifying prospects, and securing appointments for our senior sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high volumes of outbound cold calls daily to potential clients (primarily traders, manufacturers, distributors).
- Introduce QuickBiz ERP and generate interest by identifying customer pain points.
- Qualify leads by gathering key information (business size, pain areas, decision-makers, current ERP usage).
- Book appointments for product demos with senior sales executives.
- Maintain detailed records of conversations and outcomes using internal CRM tools.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture leads until handover to sales team.
- Provide regular reports on call volumes, conversions, and feedback from prospects.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B cold calling, tele-sales, or lead generation (ERP/software sales experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (fluency in a regional language like Marathi, Gujarati, or Tamil is a plus).
- Comfortable working with call scripts and adapting pitch based on client response.
- Confident, persuasive, and resilient personality.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho/HubSpot or Excel-based lead tracking.
- Basic understanding of business software/ERPs preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
