
Customer Experience Associate

You will be the voice customers trust and the person they remember. From their very first question to long after their first order, you will make sure every interaction feels thoughtful, clear, and human. You will also help us connect with early influencers and brand collaborators who believe in what we're building.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support Excellence
- Respond to customer queries via email, phone, WhatsApp, and social media
- Explain products with clarity and empathy
- Recommend supplements based on individual needs
- Resolve complaints with patience and creative problem-solving
- Follow up to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
Influencer & Partnership Communication
- Identify and connect with relevant wellness influencers and content creators
- Manage onboarding, communication, and content coordination
- Maintain strong relationships with brand partners and ambassadors
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Hindi
(Tamil is a plus) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and emotional intelligence
- Interest in health, fitness, and wellness
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
