Faculty Position in AI-Driven Bioinformatics / Multi-Omics or Cutting-Edge Technologies
We are establishing a new research institute at Srinivas University, Mangaluru, India. Our goal is to create a vibrant hub for computational biology, multi-omics, and other cutting-edge technologies with a strong translational focus. A key objective of the center is to train highly skilled, employable students who are well prepared for careers in the rapidly evolving AI-driven world. We are seeking faculty members with expertise in modern technologies who can drive impactful research, develop industry-ready talent, and contribute to enhancing the university's global visibility, research output, and overall ranking.Position: Full-time FacultyArea: AI-driven Bioinformatics / Multi-Omics / any cutting-edge technologies.Key Responsibilities
- Lead research in AI-integrated multi-omics and metabolic modelling.
- Mentor student theses and support publications.
- Re-analyze publicly available datasets to co-publish with Master's students.
- Contribute to grant writing and academic development.
Qualifications
Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in a biology-related field, demonstrate a strong publication record. Experience in interdisciplinary or translational research is desirable.
