**Job Description: Academic/Student Mentor**

About the Role

We are looking for passionate and committed Academic/Student Mentors who can guide students in achieving academic excellence while also nurturing their personal growth. As a mentor, you will act as a role model, motivator, and support system—helping students overcome challenges, build confidence, and unlock their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Build strong, positive, and trusting relationships with students.
- Mentor students in goal-setting, time management, and study skills.
- Identify learning gaps and coordinate with faculty for remedial support.
- Lead co-curricular activities, clubs, and enrichment programs.
- Support students in preparing for exams and competitive assessments.
- Motivate and counsel students to overcome academic or personal hurdles.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to create a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in [Education / Psychology / Subject Specialization].
- Prior experience in mentoring, teaching, or student support preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and ability to connect with students.
- Leadership qualities with a positive, motivating presence.
- Organizational skills and adaptability in handling diverse student needs.
