Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Sr. Accounts Manager to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support process improvements. Ideal for a CA fresher or partially-qualified CA with strong accounting knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities

Prepare and review financial statements

Support budgeting and financial planning

Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance

Coordinate audits and maintain accurate financial documentation

Implement process improvements across finance operations

Mentor junior accounting staff

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

CA fresher / partially qualified CA

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance

Strong understanding of accounting principles & compliance

Proficient in Excel and accounting software

Strong analytical, communication & multitasking skills

Preferred

Experience in a fast-paced organization

Exposure to audits and internal controls

Leadership/mentoring experience
