Job Title: Accounts Executive Payables & Receivables

Location: Indore, M.P.

As we scale, were looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage our end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable functions.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

  • Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments
  • Maintain vendor records and reconcile statements
  • Monitor aging reports and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for invoice approvals
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.)

Accounts Receivable

  • Generate and share client invoices in line with contract terms
  • Track receivables and follow up on overdue payments
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing issues
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure accurate invoicing
  • Prepare aging reports and cash flow forecasts

General Accounting & Reporting

  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Maintain accurate records in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.)
  • Support audits and financial reviews
  • Prepare MIS reports for management review

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (MBA/CA Inter preferred)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in handling both AP and AR functions, preferably in IT or consulting
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments
