Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources professional to join our mid-level team at Edsom Fintech Pvt. Ltd., located in Pune. This is a full-time position, ideal for candidates passionate about developing organizational culture and enhancing employee experiences. The HR role is central to supporting our company's growth by managing recruitment processes, employee relations, and effective onboarding strategies.

  • Capable of managing onboarding processes to seamlessly integrate new hires, ensuring they feel welcome and supported.
