Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales located in Chennai. The Head of Sales will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals. Daily tasks will involve overseeing account management, analyzing sales data, and driving revenue growth. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales, Sales Management, and Team Management skills
  • Proficiency in Account Management
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the parking or real estate industry is a plus
