Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong communication skills and a basic understanding of Mobile App Development, Website Development, and Custom Software Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through multiple channels and driving business growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling to generate potential client leads.

Perform bidding on platforms such as Upwork and other freelance marketplaces.

Optimize and maintain company profiles across various online platforms to increase visibility.

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and lead generation activities.

Maintain strong follow-up with leads to ensure successful conversions.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposals and solutions.

Prepare basic presentations, proposals, and pitch material as required.

Maintain records of all lead interactions in CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Educational background in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or MBA.

Strong understanding of IT services: Mobile App Development, Website Development, and Custom Software Development.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).

Basic knowledge of lead generation techniques and online bidding platforms.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Strong interpersonal skills and a target-driven mindset.

Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, and other online business platforms.
