About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive – Fresher to join our growing team in the service sector. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, managing leads, driving conversions, and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the organization. If you are confident, communicative, and excited to start your career in sales, we'd love to connect with you

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Inquiry Management

  • Handle inbound leads from Meta, referrals, local ads, WhatsApp, and email campaigns.
  • Engage with prospects to promote free and paid orientation sessions.
  • Conduct confirmation calls, send reminders, and follow up to ensure participation.
  • Maintain and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.

Registration & Conversion

  • Assist participants during orientation sessions and manage on-site registrations.
  • Build strong rapport with attendees, address their queries, and ensure a smooth experience.
  • Follow up for fee payments and convert leads into registered participants.
  • Reconnect with absentees to invite them to future sessions.

Referral Generation & Engagement

  • Develop lasting relationships with students and participants to encourage referrals.
  • Coordinate with faculty and team members to support post-session engagement.
  • Explore outreach opportunities in schools, colleges, and communities to increase visibility.
