**Key Responsibilities Lead & Inquiry Management**
- Communicate with prospects to promote **free and paid orientation sessions**.
- Make **confirmation calls**, send reminders, and follow up to ensure attendance.
- Maintain updated and accurate records in the **CRM system**.

**Registration & Conversion**
- Assist participants during orientation sessions and manage **on-site registrations**.
- Build rapport, answer questions, and ensure a smooth and positive experience.
- Follow up for **fee payments** and convert leads into enrolled participants.
- Reconnect with absentees to invite them to future sessions.

**Referral Generation & Engagement**
- Build strong relationships with participants to encourage **referrals**.
- Coordinate with faculty for **post-session engagement** and retention activities.
- Explore **local promotional opportunities** in homes, schools, and colleges to boost reach.
