Job Description

  • Retrieve documents and files when requested
  • Generate messages, emails and reports when appropriate.
  • Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment.
  • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items.
  • Respond to questions and requests for information.
  • Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed.
  • Design and maintain filing and storage systems in the office.
  • Greeting and handling direct customers.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office.
  • Supervise, guide, and support team members to meet daily and monthly targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of document attestation processes (training will be provided).
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general office tools.
