Procurement Agent

Job Summary:
The Procurement Agent is responsible for reconciliation of the agreements; agreement counts and licensing. This role ensures that all agreements will be processed in a correct and accurate fashion. The Procurement Agent will collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and external stakeholders to identify agreement needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand requirements and timelines.
- Validate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure the best possible pricing and value for the organization.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the procurement function and implement best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
Strong knowledge of procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Skills:
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with procurement regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
