**Job Summary**
- Will be responsible for the procurement/vendor management /Negotiations/Additions of Sellers of all Building Materials.
- Should be willing to travel.
- Good negotiation skills required.
- Understanding of Supply Chain Management Procedures.
- Develops and implements strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels.
- Oversees a team of purchasing agents.
- Good negotiation skills required.
- Logistics Skills, Strategic Planning Abilities.
- Researching potential vendors.
- Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers.
- Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Must have own conveyance.

**Key Skills**
- Must have complete knowledge of Purchases,
- Good communication skills and Team Leading quality with a minimum experience of 2-4 years.
- Good knowledge of Taxes & relationship building with vendors.
- Advanced Excel knowledge required.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
- Hands-on experience with purchasing and excel.
- Understanding of supply chain procedures.
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.
- Negotiation skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
