**Role Description**

Regal Kitchen Speciality Foods Pvt. Ltd is seeking a diligent **Purchase Executive** to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sourcing Suppliers**: Identifying potential suppliers/vendors, assessing their capabilities, negotiating contracts, and maintaining good relationships with them.
- **Purchase Order Processing**: Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. Ensure accuracy of order details, including quantities, prices, and delivery schedules.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborating with other departments such as finance, production, and quality assurance to ensure alignment of procurement activities with overall business objectives.
- **Supplier Diversity**: Promoting supplier diversity initiatives by identifying and engaging with minority-owned, women-owned, and small business enterprises to foster inclusivity in the supply chain.
- **Procurement Planning**: Collaborating with various departments to understand their procurement needs, forecasting requirements, and developing procurement plans accordingly.
- **Vendor Management**: Evaluating vendor performance, ensuring timely delivery of goods/materials, resolving disputes, and maintaining a database of approved vendors.
- **Price Negotiation**: Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to obtain the best possible deals while maintaining quality standards.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure adequate stock levels, and minimizing excess inventory or stockouts.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensuring that purchased goods/materials meet quality standards and specifications set by the company.
- **Cost Reduction Initiatives**: Identifying cost-saving opportunities, optimizing procurement processes, and implementing strategies to reduce procurement costs without compromising quality.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintaining accurate records of purchases, contracts, and vendor agreements. Generating reports on procurement activities, budget utilization, and savings achieved.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Identifying and mitigating potential risks in the supply chain.

This is a full-time **9-6, on-site role, 6 days** working located in Sector 17 Chandigarh soon to be shifted to Mohali.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
