Job Description
- Purchase Executive

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to support our Purchase team. You will manage mostly purchase related tasks for the team such as preparing documents related to purchase, maintaining record of purchase documents. You are responsible to Assist Purchase manager in Purchase activities, follow up for material procurement and maintain purchase documents. To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of market research, be extremely fast at solving problems and have experience as purchase executive in the past.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Conduct product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors
- Source material, goods, and services and negotiate the most cost-effective contract and deals
- Performing inventory inspection and reordering supplies and stock
- Conduct market research to remain updated about emerging trends and business opportunities
- Inspect stock and report any faulty item or inconsistencies immediately
- Update and maintain records of all orders, payment, and received stock

**Required Skills & Qualification**
- Bachelor degree in business, logistics, or related field
- Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a purchase executive
- Proficiency in relevant management software programs
- Superb negotiation skills
- Great organization and planning skills
- Able to identify market trends and make the decision in a high-stress environment
- Able to follow client specifications
- Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skill
- Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
