International Procurement Executive – China Vendors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop reliable suppliers and manufacturers in China for company products.
  • Manage end-to-end import process — from vendor communication to shipment delivery.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and shipment schedules with Chinese vendors.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA agents, and customs for timely import clearance.
  • Handle product sourcing, quality check, and sample approvals from China.
  • Maintain and expand the network of Chinese vendors / agents / Alibaba contacts.
  • Prepare import-related documentation (PI, Invoice, Packing List, BL, etc.).
  • Track shipments and manage import costing, duty, and logistics follow-up.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in importing goods from China (minimum 1 years).
  • Must have existing vendor connections / sourcing network in China.
  • Good understanding of customs procedures and import documentation.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills (English mandatory, Chinese language is a plus).
  • Knowledge of Alibaba, Made-in-China, or other sourcing platforms.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and email correspondence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
