Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven PPC Executive who has hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, specifically for lead generation in the real estate sector or similar industries. The ideal candidate should be passionate about paid advertising, data analysis, and achieving ROI-focused outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for lead generation.
  • Optimize campaigns regularly to improve CTR, CPC, and ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
  • Create and monitor ad creatives, ad copies, and landing page performance.
  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.
  • Prepare detailed weekly/monthly performance reports and insights for management.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for effective ad creatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, tools, and algorithm updates.
  • Work proactively to achieve monthly lead and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery, and YouTube).
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram campaigns).
  • In-depth understanding of conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience targeting.
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio (Looker Studio).
  • Proficiency in A/B testing, bid management, and campaign optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working with real estate campaigns will be a strong advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in running paid ad campaigns.
