Job Overview

We are seeking a
Client Relations Manager
to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our customers. Your role will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with the ability to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions. A background in
customer service within the education industry
and familiarity with our field will be a strong advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support to enrolled students.
  • Handle and resolve student queries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Leverage references from existing enrolled students to drive engagement.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with enrolled students to ensure retention.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of managing and retaining
    1,000+ clients
    .

Requirements

  • Prior experience in client relations, customer success, or customer service (preferably in the education industry).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of client interactions effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and systems.
  • Proven ability to meet client retention goals.
