Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive
CRM Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Both
freshers
and
experienced
candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle
    incoming and outgoing customer calls and chats
    in a professional manner.
  • Assist customers with order-related queries, returns, complaints, and general support.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, warehouse, IT, etc.) to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers as necessary and close queries within defined timelines.

Requirements:

For Freshers:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

For Experienced Candidates:

  • Prior experience in handling both calls and chats (inbound & outbound).
  • Ability to multitask and manage customer queries effectively.
  • Team coordination experience is a plus.
