About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Online Freelancing Bidder to help us secure high-quality projects across major freelancing platforms. This is a results-driven, commission-based role perfect for someone who understands the freelancing ecosystem and has a proven track record of winning projects.

Key Responsibilities Proposal Writing & Bidding

  • Create compelling, customized proposals for projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and other platforms
  • Research client requirements thoroughly and craft targeted responses
  • Maintain consistent bidding activity across multiple platforms
  • Follow up with potential clients professionally

Client Communication

  • Handle initial client communications and project discussions
  • Schedule and coordinate client calls and meetings
  • Present our team's capabilities and portfolio effectively
  • Negotiate project terms, timelines, and budgets

Market Research & Strategy

  • Identify trending skills and high-demand project categories
  • Monitor competitor pricing and proposal strategies
  • Suggest improvements to our service offerings
  • Track and report on bidding success rates

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with recurring clients
  • Manage client expectations and ensure smooth project handovers
  • Collect client feedback and testimonials

Required Qualifications Essential Skills

  • 2+ years of experience
     bidding on freelancing platforms
  • Excellent 
    English writing and communication
     skills
  • Strong understanding of 
    project pricing and estimation
  • Experience with CRM tools
     and project management software
  • Knowledge of various 
    service categories
     (web development, design, marketing, writing, etc.)

Technical Requirements

  • Reliable internet connection and professional workspace
  • Access to premium accounts on major freelancing platforms (preferred)
  • Familiarity with proposal tracking and analytics tools
  • Basic understanding of different technology stacks and services

What We OfferCompetitive Commission Structure

  • Tier 1 (0-$5,000/month):
     15% commission
  • Tier 2 ($5,001-$15,000/month):
     20% commission
  • Tier 3 ($15,001+/month):
     25% commission
  • Bonus:
     Additional 2% for projects exceeding $10,000
  • Retention Bonus:
     5% bonus on repeat client projects
