An emerging start-up in the beauty and grooming industry is looking for a talented and proactive Content Creator to build, grow, and engage our online community. If you are creative, understand social media deeply, and love creating content that inspires, educates, and converts — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Growth

  • Grow subscribers on YouTube and increase followers on Instagram and Facebook.
  • Plan and execute content strategies that boost visibility, reach, and engagement.
  • Analyse insights and trends to refine content performance.

2. Content Creation & Engagement

  • Develop high-quality, creative, and engaging content (videos, reels, posts, stories, shorts, etc.).
  • Interact with the audience consistently to improve engagement, trust, and conversions.
  • Create content funnels that encourage users to purchase offered grooming services.

3. Daily Grooming-Focused Content

  • Post grooming-related content every day targeting women (haircare, skincare, nail care, beauty hacks, grooming tips, trends, etc.).
  • Stay updated on beauty and grooming trends to produce relevant and relatable content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align content with overall brand goals.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a content creator, social media executive, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube growth strategies.
  • Ability to write, script, film, and edit content independently.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for trends and audience psychology.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, etc.) is a plus.
