Role Overview:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships, and meeting sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and prospects in CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Basic knowledge of sales/marketing tools (CRM, MS Office, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
