Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships, and meeting sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and prospects in CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Basic knowledge of sales/marketing tools (CRM, MS Office, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
