Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth. You'll play a key role in expanding our customer base, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

  • Partnership Development: Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand our offerings and reach new markets.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Experience in a similar industry or with a similar product/service.

  • Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and data analysis tools.
