ABOUT JOB ROLE:

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Client Servicing Executive for our organization. The ideal applicant will be enthusiastic in communicating with clients and customers and will have a plethora of ideas for developing effective tactics.

Location: Malad (E)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong desire to learn.
  • Creative approach towards problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Staying updated with recent trends happening in the startup industry.
  • Good MS Excel knowledge and ability to handle stress well.
  • Must have knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Should be pleasant and empathetic while they're Managing Enterprise clients.
  • Resolve client complaints via phone, email, whatsapp.
  • Possess great listening skills and patience
  • Possess excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Follow up with client and their complaints; ensuring that customer's requests are attended Accordingly and keep records of client interactions
  • Collect prompt and accurate feedback from client and take ownership of client issues.
  • Retaining existing clients, delighting them and making them company's brand ambassadors.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up proactively.
