Client Servicing Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver seamless service.
Address client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present reports, proposals, and service updates to clients.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company products/services.
Maintain accurate client records and track interactions using CRM software.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer relations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
