Talent Acquisition
- Source and attract candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, prepare job descriptions, and build recruitment strategies.
- Promote employer branding by showcasing the companys values, culture, and benefits to potential candidates.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Maintain recruitment data, track hiring metrics, and provide regular reports.
HR Onboarding
- Act as the first point of contact for new hires, ensuring a smooth joining experience.
- Coordinate offer letters, appointment letters, and pre-onboarding formalities.
- Collect and verify necessary documents (ID proofs, educational and employment records).
- Prepare employee files and coordinate IT assets, access credentials, and workspace setup.
- Welcome new employees on the day of joining and conduct/coordinate induction sessions.
- Communicate HR policies, code of conduct, benefits, and leave policies to new hires.
- Bridge communication between HR, managers, and employees during onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
