Job brief:
QA engineer responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics.Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs, while being cost-effective.

Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 4+ Yrs experience with Manual testing.
  • Should have strong hands-on experience in API Testing
  • Should have minimum 3+ years of experience in Mobile application Testing (iOS/ Android)
  • Must have clear with basic QA concepts.
  • Good understanding of Agile development methodology
  • Should have good knowledge in SDLC, STLC & Defect Life cycle.
  • Review requirements and specifications docs to understand the application functionality.
  • Should have minimum 3+ years of experience in Web application testing
  • Hands on Experience on Mobile Application end to end, functional, & UI Testing on Android and iOS platform for hybrid and native applications
  • Good understanding of Mobile Testing concepts like Network testing, Performance testing, Usability testing, Compatibility testing, Deployment & Distribution testing etc.
  • Responsible to create detailed test cases per module per project and testing them either by manual or automation testing(Automation is optional)
  • Develop test cases and test data, and, prioritize testing activities.
  • Execute all the test case and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect.
  • Hands with concepts of Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).

  • Self-starter with a strong "can do" belief, committed to delivering quality results on aggressive timelines.
  • Effectively able to work independently with little hands-on supervision.
  • Strong inter-personal skills and ability to understand customers' needs, expectations and perspective.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask on multiple projects, with good time management skills and stay focused.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively able to collaborate with multiple teams across geographically diverse areas.

Good to have:
Experience with non-functional testing like load testing, performance testing, security testing and accessibility testing- Tools Knowledge : Jmeter, Burp, OWASP ZAP, POSTMAN(API Testing)
