Objectives of the Role:

  • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other QA team members to ensure product quality.

  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.

  • Report, track, and retest defects using standard defect management tools.

  • Ensure releases meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and user expectations.

Available Positions

Ref No: QA-101 | QA Engineer – Manual Testing Specialist (2–5 Years)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual functional and regression testing for web and mobile applications.

  • Identify, log, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Document test results and provide detailed feedback.

  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

Required Skills

  • 2–5 years of QA experience (manual focus with exposure to automation).
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, Agile/Scrum.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Selenium WebDriver.
  • Basic understanding of API testing (Postman preferred).
  • ISTQB or equivalent certification (preferred).

Ref No: QA-102 | QA Engineer – API Testing Specialist (1–3 Years)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct API testing using Postman or similar tools.

  • Validate endpoints, response codes, error handling, and payloads.

  • Write and execute SQL queries for backend validation.

  • Create and manage test data for multiple scenarios.

  • Develop and maintain API automation test scripts.

  • Collaborate with developers to clarify API requirements and validate fixes.

Required Skills

  • 1–3 years of QA experience with a strong API testing focus.

  • Proficiency in API testing tools (Postman, etc.).

  • Good SQL/database validation skills.

  • Exposure to automation scripting and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Healthcare domain experience (preferred, not mandatory).

Common Skills (Both Roles)

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Team player with the ability to work independently.

  • Detail-oriented with a passion for quality.

  • Fluency in English (written & spoken).
