Job Title: Manual Tester (3-5 Years Experience)

Location: Remote + 1 Day Hybrid (Ahmedabad Office)

Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Manual Tester with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software testing to join our growing QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for test case creation, execution, and database testing to ensure product quality and user satisfaction.

This role is remote with 1 mandatory hybrid (in-office) day per week or every 15 days. Candidates must be based in Ahmedabad or within Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases
  • Execute manual test cases and identify, report, and track bugs/defects
  • Perform thorough database testing (SQL queries, data validation)
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members
  • Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved
  • Document test results and provide QA reports as needed

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of manual testing experience
  • Strong knowledge of test case writing and test plan execution
  • Proficiency in Database Testing (SQL, data verification, etc.)
  • Experience with issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Based in Ahmedabad or anywhere within Gujarat (willing to travel to the office once a week)

Nice to Have (Optional):

  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr, Jira)
  • Familiarity with basic automation or scripting is a plus
