Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Business Developer to join our sales team. This role is pivotal in managing the pre-sales process, qualifying leads, scheduling demos, analysing insights, and ensuring seamless CRM management to enhance lead-to-client conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with all inbound and outbound leads through calls and emails, qualifying and categorising them based on established criteria.
  • Schedule and reschedule demos efficiently while maintaining follow-ups to maximise attendance.
  • Analyse lead quality, engagement patterns, and use cases to identify trends and provide actionable insights for process improvement.
  • Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status, demo outcomes, and pre-sales activities with stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update lead information in Zoho CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for all interactions and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies, identify opportunities, and enhance pre-sales effectiveness.
  • Propose innovative approaches to improve customer engagement and lead nurturing while ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • pre-sales, business development, or a similar role (preferably in SaaS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Zoho CRM or similar tool for lead management and reporting.
  • Highly organised with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
